About
The spirit of Espadrille lives in South West France not far from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast where authenticity and tradition are valued. This is what we aim to bring to you. By adding a touch of contemporary style, we present a range of traditionally crafted products that carry a certain joie de vivre whilst complementing any home.
Our shop is located in the historic market town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire, where we stock a wide range of Basque linens, accessories and espadrilles in classic and contemporary designs.
Linens
The heart of our collection are the linens which use a range of traditional striped designs, in warm and vibrant colours, all made from superior quality 100% cotton or cotton/linen mix.
Our tablecloths use the same designs and are available up to 6 sizes, including round and all have coordinating table runners, napkins and tea towels.
New for 2008 we are introducing a collection of wipe clean coated cotton fabric, ideal for use as indoor or outdoor tablecloths. These can be cut to size to match your exact requirements. We are also now stocking striped deckchair fabric for revitalising those deckchairs lurking at the back of the shed!
Accessories
To compliment the wonderful colours of our linens we offer a collection of beautiful accessories. All are made to the same exacting quality of our other product ranges.
Our accessories range from matching oven gloves, aprons, napkins baguette baskets, through to a wide range of bags, deckchairs and cushions. These will gradually be appearing online, but in the meantime please email us for a full list.
